The technologies worth knowing about
SmartHeat de-ices the lens automatically. LED headlights run cool, which means they do not melt the snow and ice that builds up on the lens in winter. SmartHeat solves a problem halogen never had.
Adaptive 2 reads lean angle on a motorcycle and steers the beam into the corner in real time. Dual Burn combines beam patterns for wide coverage and long-distance reach from one unit.
Headlights and retrofits
The headlight range covers sealed beam retrofits in 5.75″ PAR46 and 7″ round formats, all-in-one units combining high beam, low beam, turn signal, DRL and position light, and heated variants for cold-climate operation.
Available in DOT and ECE versions for right and left hand traffic, so a single platform covers both US and European market vehicles.
Work, signal and rear lighting
Work lights, reverse lamps, strobe beacons and signal lighting for trucks, trailers and off-highway equipment. Most of the range is sealed to IP69K for pressure wash-down and available with AMP or Deutsch connectors.

Much of the range is available in both DOT and ECE versions, including right and left hand traffic variants for headlights. SmartHeat is a lens heating system that clears ice and snow automatically. It exists because LEDs run far cooler than halogen lamps, so they no longer melt accumulation off the lens as a side effect of being inefficient. If your vehicles operate in freezing conditions, particularly snowplows and winter maintenance equipment, it is worth specifying. In temperate use it adds cost without benefit.
