Compliance US & EU/UK vehicle tape
The US DOT tape (B6602 series) and the EU/UK ECE104 tape (B6632 series) serve the same purpose of enhancing vehicle visibility but comply with different regulatory standards. DOT tape is mandatory for commercial vehicles in the US and follows FMCSA regulations (FMVSS 108), while ECE104 tape is required for trucks and trailers in the EU and UK, adhering to European safety guidelines.
Though both types offer high reflectivity and durability, they are not interchangeable for compliance purposes, so it’s essential to select the correct tape based on the region of operation.
